Emergencies for client family members are handled immediately.
How do you accomplish this?
Companies which have an ongoing relationship with us unofficially agree to be flexible with their regular scheduling when a fellow family member has an emergency. They know that they will receive the same courtesy in return.
Emergencies for first time clients are handled as quickly as possible. This may be anywhere from immediately to a few days.
Regular inspections can be scheduled promptly also. The more advance notice you can give us, the easier it is to schedule the time of your choice. A day or two advance notice is fine, if the date is available. Our regular clients book their time up to thirteen months in advance. Certain times of the year are busier than others. Busy periods include April (board meetings), and September to December 15th.
