...And Bonneville's 2,768 employees received this cryptic memo: "Bonneville Power Administration has reason to believe that extremely sensitive listening devices may be aimed at this building. It is highly recommended that all sensitive discussions and meetings be conducted in the interior of the building away from all windows."
..."I believe Bonneville has been penetrated," said Patrick F. Donaldson, president of Forbes & Associates Inc., a Portland corporate security consultant. He said the red dot could have been an alignment feature from a microwave device used to gauge the level of security in Bonneville's executive offices.
